This CB300F is a great bike in a gorgeous colour. Unless you are frequently needing to go >80mph it is an excellent...

I'll second this opinion - the Z400 design looks even busier and 'bitsy' than the already busy and angular Z300 design. I can't appreciate it especially given the simple yet beautiful lines of the...

Just filled up with 11.48L (3.06 US gal) after 331km riding for 28.8km/L. Kept riding for 46km (28.5 miles) after the dreaded last bar started flashing.

Yep I have found that you can't rush getting on or off the throttle in 1st or 2nd gears because of the jerkiness; the engine breaking is something fierce even if you are at just 6000 or 7000 rpm. As...

The CBR does accelerate up to an actual 135-140km/h quite promptly. But you are right, after that progress does noticeably slow. The bike does keep speeding up after 140km/h but in its own leisurely...

So I just figured out this thing - NZ LAMs regs require that a bike be under 150kW/tonne. But the CBR250RR at 27kW/168kg is at >160kW/tonne.

Come to think of it the R3 at 30.9kW/167kg comes in at...

That always bothered me about the CBR500R/CB500F which by all reports are nice bikes...Yamaha and Suzuki have bikes in the 650cc/689cc class (SV650/FZ-MT07) which are lighter than Honda's 471cc...
