2015 CBR300R ABS won’t start

After installing a new fuel pump and floater unit along with an after market fuel filter. My bike will start up for a split second and then run like it’s starving for fuel. I also bought a new used tank that was clean and not rusty like my old tank. Wondering is the is a bad fuel injector problem or battery issue giving I can only start the bike with the clutch in and kick stand up ,because the neutral light won’t come on in the cluster.
