2016 CBR300RA rattle, flames burning oil?

Hello people, recently purchased this 2016 cbr300ra i noticed homie didn’t have oil in the bike (below min) i did an oil change the next
Day and after riding i started hearing an increase in ticking coming from the top end.
And oil burning from the exhaust. After riding a few hours have to top off oil and bike starts shooting crazy flames at idle
