Hi Folks,
Recently purchased a CB250R new from the dealership. Currently has less than 800km on it.

I noticed when the bike is cold, when I use the throttle and the bike is in 4th gear it makes a kind of clicking noise. Also maybe makes this noise in 3rd and 5th gear. The noise seems to happen when I use the throttle only -- when I release the throttle or pull the clutch, the noise stops.

The noise seems to mostly go away after the bike warms up for a few minutes, however I'm not sure if it completely goes away.

I took a video to record the sound:

Is this normal? Should I take it to the dealership to ask?

Thanks,

Have you checked liquid levels? If not I would do so immediately!!

Get another specialist he has no clue about what the exchange case resembles in this specific vehicle! I'll wager he was unable to try and bring up it in the event that you asked him to!

It's remarkable and nothing similar to most liquid conveying move cases.I question your commotion is coming from where he thinks.

Check liquid levels on the off chance that they're low i'll wager your pilot bearing or the bearing on the shaft it's self rides on is going out.
