Does any one foresee a lighter swing arm coming out that may be one inch longer so the rear suspension wont be so hard?

You can also make changes to the rear shock without changing the entire rear suspension assembly..

I'd like to see the CBR come out with an aluminium swing arm as standard, even if it meant paying a little extra.

Sounds like you're bottoming out actually, you need to make it stiffer, much stiffer especially as a bigger boy...

If it were bottoming out I would feel it hit the bottom and I do not
I can also see it when I put my weight on it and it is not close to bottoming?

Probably unlikely, the little CBR's seem to be built to a price to suit entry level riders. The old four cylinder CBR250's from the early nineties had a full aluminium frame which would be awesome to have on the modern day ones but.... oh well... its still a good bike
