Has anyone fit or attempted to fit these? Is it fairly difficult/time consuming or not really?

Just wondering if the purchase is worth the trouble of fitting them. Thanks!

Yes they are comfortable, first ride or two feels a little weird for a start but it soon feels like the norm. It all depends if you like low bars or not. These clip-ons are still mounted above the top yoke so we are not talking real low racing crotch rocket scenario here!
You cant mount clip-ons below the top yoke on the 300R as they would foul fairing. The Vortex ones are as low as you can go but if you want something between the height of the Vortex and the stock bars then go for the Woodcrafts.
There is a bit of work in fitting them but if you've got a reasonable set of tools and some practical ability then its a fun job if you take your time.

Thanks for the advice. I've bought a pair off ebay so I'll give those a go! Did you do the whole heating up the bar ends to loosen up the loctite thing that's shown on youtube?

Removing the left grip seems pretty straight forward, but how exactly does the throttle slide off? Don't quite understand that bit!
