[CB300F]

Got this bike for the wife and she needs some storage. Maybe a set of bags or a small scooter trunk painted to match. She doesn't want a tank bag. Don't want to make the bike look like a POS but she needs to carry a jacket and all that women stuff. Ideas?

I use a 40liter back pack. I found that mounted luggage and racks are a hassle compared to a back pack.

I have a tail bag and it has proven to be annoying when I go to lock/unlock my helmet. If I were to do it over I would have gotten something like this

I got this tail bag for mine it does expand but I have never had to expand it. I have put my gym clothes and a drink in it with a little room to spare. If it a bike jacket with pads I know it will not fit but if it just a small jacket it should fit.

Not bad at all, at least you're able to fit all of what you need for the gym in that single bag. Would you ever see the need in the future for something bigger?

Looks lie I'd have to have some sort of bracket to keep them from flopping around but that looks like an idea. Just I'd like a semi-hard version of them.

It does not need a bracket to strap it down you can take the rear seat off and strap it to it and set it back.

Ortega I don't see the need to have anything bigger, I will try and get a picture posted later to show how it looks.

Just click on the link he posted on the picture. It will take you to the ebay page where you can click "more information" to see all the details. Just from the picture alone, you can tell it's a leather Honda racing bag though.

I also vote for this bag. I have it.

Expanded it could fit two meal boxes from golden chick plus a side of corn nuggets. You could fit more if you take out the water proof liner sac.

However, I personally would probably go for the side pouches instead. A top pack makes seat removal and installation a pita.
