Can I please get some help with my question 28 ppl have looked at my question and nobody have said anything like I just tried to ride it and it feels like it’s slipping please any help here

a little impatient there bubby we don't live on this site I only check it once a day -that piece has nothing to due with changing a chain or both sprockets-need to look elsewhere

In doing a sprocket and chain replacement the only spacers you will come across are those on either side of the rear axle and they are steel. Plastic would disintegrate in no time. If it did come from the rear of your bike then someone lost the original spacer and put in a plastic one instead.
