Duke, did you get it?
How is it? I wonder if it gives you head and neck relief but not shoulder relief. It gets damp & chilly here in in the US Pacific NW and I am considering a universal windscreen to cover more area.
Thanks,
Cornelius

No I'm still waiting for it to be released. I've found it for sale in Italy but it must be imported and I don't want to pay extra fees, was going to wait until US vendors stocked it.

I ordered a New Naked Bike windshield two months ago thru a local bike shop. The shop phoned yesterday with the news that the distributor (Tucker/Rocky) is expecting to have them in stock at the end of this month. I should have my screen shortly thereafter. I'm really looking forward to seeing how much of a difference the windscreen will make. I'll post a photo or two when it's on the bike.

Well I guess we are still waiting to see what dukeofbjorbon any Jay thought of the screen, unless its in another post some where that I haven't found. Has any one else tried this screen. I'd like to break some of the wind but not if it causes helmet wobble or a whole lot of extra helmet noise which is common with a lot of screens, any one out there found a decent screen, I'd appreciate any in put so as to not waste $ on something not worth the $

I have one and like the look, really depends on personal preference. For me, it made enough of a difference at 65mph+ that I felt like I should keep it but I also got it used for $70. At 5' 5" however, I induces slightly more wind noise at lower speeds (20-50mph) that wouldn't be present if the windscreen was off. I always wear earplugs so it wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

Pretty much same experience for me, but I bought new. I purchased because one stretch of my commute is open and at 65-70 MPH it felt like someone had a hand on my chest pushing me back. While the wind is still there, it seems to evenly distribute it or send it over my head as opposed to directly into my sternum. However I don't think I would spend the money if you just plan on riding around the city.

Install was super easy, but it does sit maybe 3/4 of an inch away from the bike so if you are in constant winds or bumps I have noticed it making noise

I have the Puig screen in clear. It doesn't do enough for me and I like the look of the bike sans screen better. I'd be willing to part with it...
I agree 100%, I returned mine to Amazon for a refund after 20 days. Take a look at the thread I linked below, has several photos of the windscreen on my bike from different angles and you can get a great idea of the overall aesthetics

After much research and pontification I utter these pearls of wisdom when it comes to CB300F and windscreens:

"He who hates wind on their chest/head should purchase CBR300 instead of the Naked"

I will tell you something else:

If you ride a few weeks on the highway your body will adapt and the wind will become "no big deal" same as cyclist's as.s will adapt to bicycle saddle if he just bears the pain for a few weeks. Our human bodies are designed to adapt. I started taking cold showers and after 5 showers I got used to it. No big deal

Disclamer: It is 87F in Miami today so bear that in mind when I say I have been taking showers by only opening the cold faucet. Whether I am able to do the same once the weather gets to 60F I cannot say for certain.

OP's windscreen in question is quite different than what you purchased so not sure if it is a fair comparison, but good feedback nonetheless.

60°F is good for us.:laugh::laugh::laugh:. Would be happy if it was like that more often. Out for a ride today and temp was about 42° before the windchill factor.

If it was 87F (30C) here I'd be taking cold showers too!
My local climate is similar to Gromits. 50 degrees high here today and this is mid spring. Room for improvement..
