Well I mean I guess you could do a +8mm bore kit and get it up to 350cc. Though I don't know if it's ever been done nor if you do it how long the engine will last with the bore kit. It's already stroked up from the CBR250 (+8mm stroke) so you won't be able to do a stroker kit on it.

any BBK is a horrible idea:
High compression kit for cbr/cb300?? not to mention the cost alone and the amount of work you have to do to get into the engine to install the BBK.
You're better off saving your kopeks and getting a Ninja 400 or RC390 or something than going any further than a filter and exhaust.
