Try as I might, I'm having a hard time tracking down any sort of info on prices for the OE fitment tyres. However I can find loads of comparison sites that list just about every tyre except IRC.
This brings to mind a number of questions. Here are just four.

1 Does this mean that IRC have not sorted enough distribution in the UK?

2 Are they so ridiculously cheap no one sells any because they are cheap?

3 Tyre brand snobbery prevents shops stocking them?

4 Other brands work out cheaper than IRC?

Although these questions are aimed at fellow Brit's please feel free to comment the rest of the world.

OP being in the UK I assume it rains a lot there, similar to the Pacific North West. I recommend Michelin Pilot Street Radials. They'll last longer, grip better in wet and dry, ride smoother, is just better in every regard compared to stock bias ply. About the only difference is price but might not be if you look at how long they last vs. how much they cost...in this case the Michelin might be cheaper (better) too. For example (I don't know what actual cost or mileage is) if stock only last 5k miles and cost $100 and Pilot Street Radial cost $120 but last 7k miles then the Michelin would be lower cost.
