I was hauling my bike on a tilt a rack reciever hitch rack, (goes on back of truck sideways) was using a canyon dancer bar harness, which pulls from ends of bars for tie downs, and had to make a real fast stop. It bent the bar down some. then I stopped and re-snugged the tie downs and a little while later I had to make another sudden stop and it bent it down some more. At that point I added another tie down to the lower triple tree on the left side and had no more problems. Today I took off the clutch perch and switchgear housing and wrapped the grip with cardboard then slipped a piece of pipe over the bar and bent it back up. Its pretty close to original now but I still want to get a new one. I called Honda parts and its on backorder everywhere. At least I can still ride.
